YouTube Videos and JoomlaPosted by Paul in video, joomla tips |

If you've ever tried to post a YouTube video into Joomla, you may have been surprised after refreshing your site, the video won't show up.
You have to turn off the TinyMice editor, or it will strip the coding out of the script. Just turn it off before posting. And don't forget, if you open the item again later with the editor on, you will strip the coding again. We create a seperate account that we use for posting the videos. We just leave the editor turned off.

2007 Open Source CMS Award Overall Winner Finalists
We just launched a new website for Iles Agency. They sell AIG insurance (auto, household and personal liability) to US military and civilians in Germany.
We recently sent Jill Dahne (one of the worlds top psychics) a mock up for a new web design. We just heard back and she loves what we have done so far. We are designing a beautiful flash header for her site now.
Silver Award Criteria: The Silver Award represents outstanding web site design, interesting content and is user friendly with easy navigation. The winning site has scored between 80 and 89 points, which is not easy to do. A Silver award winning site is also error free from broken links and error messages of any kind. This site is well organized and uses some advanced features, such as flash or java scripting.
