We have built Joomla websites in anywhere from 5 days to 3 months.  It really depends on the complexity of the project.  Most websites in the Basic and Business design packages are completed between 2 weeks and a month after we start.  Flash design is a little more complex and takes some time to develop. Most of our projects involving custom flash design will take an average of 30 days to complete.
